  A really great day of cooking and eating. Be makes the cookery class enjoyable and practical, making the most novice of chefs able to come away with some great skills. We signed up for her Thai cooking class, where we learned how to make a green curry, Thai soup, fish cakes and a Pad Thai (fried noodles). This was all washed down with some great Thai beer.
  
  There is something for everyone, regardless of skill level and confidence in the kitchen. I heartily recommend. Thanks Be!
